From the keyboard of Lee Schearer,

"Adversity"

"Improvement comes as the result of adversity; it comes from learning about limits and how to break those limits."
     ~ Mike Krzyzewski

Not all adversity is misfortune. However, adversity does have a way of identifying our limits and other of life's constraints. Everyday as business people, we are challenged to overcome our business challenges.

As members of the Chapel Hill Leads Group, we never have to face adversity alone. Our strength comes from those around us and our collective experiences. Diversity in experience is the key to success.

I hope to see you bright and early, with a smile on your face, a song on your mind and gratitude for the life you live.

Respectfully,

Lee Schearer
