From the keyboard of Lee Schearer,

A Message of Hope, Joy, and Faith

At a funeral service last Thursday for my neighbor, I was handed a card which offered the Prayer of St. Francis". Now, I am not a Catholic, however, as a student of the Bible I am reminded of the beliefs of the great religions and how much they have in common.

So, you may ask yourself, what this message has to do with the Chapel Hill Leads Group, which is, of course, a business referral organization. Well, the Prayer of St. Francis offers great advice that each of us can use in our business life. For, it is a message of hope, joy and faith. These attributes are well known by our members and it is these characteristics that we search for in persons with whom we want to do business with and with whom we want to associate.

In this time of uncertainty especially with our current economic situation, we all look to those who are optimistic, successful, hopeful and that have a positive attitude. We look toward each other within the Chapel Hill Leads Group. I invite you to visit us this Wednesday morning, and embrace the "experience" that has made the Chapel Hill Leads Group the premier business referral leads group. Bring a smile on your face, a patriotic song on your mind and a grateful attitude in your heart for the opportunity to share you personal and business life with our wonderful members. I look forward to seeing you there.

Respectfully,

Lee Schearer

February is Town Planner’s Annual Food Drive
Just Two Cans! That’s all you need to support Town Planner Calendar’s 4th Annual Food Drive!! Did you know that the large quantities of food that are donated to food banks and food pantries during the November & December are mostly depleted by mid-January?! Let's build up their stock so that they can better serve those in need during this part of the year, too! No need to go shopping. If everyone goes to their pantry and takes out two cans of food, imagine the thousands of cans we could collect!! Bring your cans to the Chapel Hill Leads Group, drop off your donation at Extraordinary Ventures or visit http://townplanner.com/fooddrive for additional drop-off locations.
