From the keyboard of Lee Schearer,

Congratulations CHLG Members!

The word congratulate is defined as " to express pleasure to (a person) on a happy occasion, praiseworthy accomplishment, or good fortune."

What better way to express my thanks to all who participated in our semi-annual "food Drive" held last Friday at A Southern Season. While I do not yet have a total I can say that we started out this drive with $110.00 from our members last Wednesday morning. That donation equates to 440 servings, so give yourself an applause and a high-five for a great start. I will have a report on the total by this Wednesday. I also, ask that when you are in A Southern Season" to say thanks to Jay White and his staff for their efforts in making this drive a success.

I hope to see you this coming Wednesday with a smile on your face a song on your mind and gratitude for the opportunity to help those less fortunate!

Respectfully,

Lee Schearer
