This Week's Speaker:

What can Lee Schearer say about "Real Estate"?

After having a long career in the real estate /appraisal industry (46 years and going strong) I have learned a great deal, thanks in great part to continuing education requirements and dedicating myself to providing my best service to my clients and hopefully your referrals. I invite you to join me Wednesday June 28, 2017 where I can discuss the changes to these industries. I will also discuss why it is important to have an advocate who will act in your best interests when either selling your home or purchasing one. The ever-changing real estate markets within the Triangle Region require you to work with an experienced Agent so that you don't make a serious misstep in protecting one of the most valuable assets you will have in your lifetime, your home. Value and cost are not necessarily the same thing.

I will also discuss my background both as an "Army" Brat" and my military service, serving within the United States, Germany and Vietnam, and how these events have influenced my attitudes, motivation and ambition to serve my fellow Veterans and my fellow entrepreneurs within the Chapel Hill Leads Group and beyond. I leave you with this quotation from "The Treasury of Quotes by Jim Rohn "One person caring about another represents life's greatest value"

If you missed last Wednesday's meeting ...

This past Wednesday, 21 June was an Open Networking Meeting at the Chapel Hill Leads Group. New business relationships were forged. Introduction with first time CHLG attendees were created. You were indeed missed.

"Goals and the Chapel Hill Leads Group"

In the pamphlet Excerpts From "The Treasury of Quotes" by Jim Horn there is a section titled Goals & Plans which reads in part "Goals; There's no telling what you can do when you get inspired by them. There's no telling what you can do when you believe in them. There's no telling what will happen when you act upon them". I believe that one of the main goals for attending the Chapel Hill Leads Group is to let us help you in establishing your goals for success and to build a plan to achieve those attainable results. The pathway to success is to surround yourself with successful people. The Chapel Hill Leads Group is a wellspring of business knowledge and expertise from startups and those of us who have been in business for decades. It is truly a gathering of the knowledge and experience like none other within the region.

I encourage you to check out our new and developing website at www.chapelhillleads.com and view the Newsletter to see who our members are and how you can benefit from being a part of this organization. The cost to you is minimal, the value to you is priceless. I look forward to seeing you this Wednesday Morning.

Attention CHLG Members - The Chapel Hill Leads Group's goal is to raise 100+ boxes of cereal a month. If everyone brought one box of cereal to two meetings this month, the Chapel Hill Leads Group would easily exceed the 100 boxes of cereal goal.
