If you missed last Wednesday's meeting ...

What can Lee Schearer say about "Real Estate"?

After having a long career in the real estate /appraisal industry (46 years and going strong) I have learned a great deal, thanks in great part to continuing education requirements and dedicating myself to providing my best service to my clients and hopefully your referrals. I invite you to join me Wednesday June 28, 2017 where I can discuss the changes to these industries. I will also discuss why it is important to have an advocate who will act in your best interests when either selling your home or purchasing one. The ever-changing real estate markets within the Triangle Region require you to work with an experienced Agent so that you don't make a serious misstep in protecting one of the most valuable assets you will have in your lifetime, your home. Value and cost are not necessarily the same thing.

I will also discuss my background both as an "Army" Brat" and my military service, serving within the United States, Germany and Vietnam, and how these events have influenced my attitudes, motivation and ambition to serve my fellow Veterans and my fellow entrepreneurs within the Chapel Hill Leads Group and beyond. I leave you with this quotation from "The Treasury of Quotes by Jim Rohn "One person caring about another represents life's greatest value"

"What Is Old Is New Again"

If you had not heard already I have decided to move the Chapel Hill Leads Group again. What is interesting is that we are relocating to the very facility in which the Chapel Hill Leads Group started over 19 years ago.

The new location is the old Holiday Inn located at the corner of Ephesus Church Road and Fordham Blvd, just around the corner from the American Legion. The new name is The University Inn of Chapel Hill. While I am still sad about leaving the American Legion facility, I am also proud of the support from that great organization over the past few years and the opportunity to lend them our support as well.

I thank Bob Medred, a fellow Legionnaire, for the time and effort taken in order to help the Leads Group run smoothly each and every week. I also thank Cheryl Lee not only for her weekly contribution to the Leads Group, but also for her efforts in the transition to our new location. Words alone cannot convey my gratitude for her ongoing support of the Leads Group.

Finally, I am excited to see what lies ahead in this new chapter of The Chapel Hill Leads Group and I look forward to sharing it with you. I invite you to join me each and every Wednesday morning at our new location. I think that you will enjoy the surroundings and the opportunities that will make The Chapel Hill Leads Group the premier business referral group in the region.

Respectfully,

Lee Schearer

Attention CHLG Members - The Chapel Hill Leads Group's goal is to raise 100+ boxes of cereal a month. If everyone brought one box of cereal to two meetings this month, the Chapel Hill Leads Group would easily exceed the 100 boxes of cereal goal.
