What weather conditions will cancel a CHLG Wednesday meeting?

What is the procedure for when school is not in session?

These represent general guidelines. Under all conditions, if you feel that the weather conditions in your area make travel hazardous, Stay Safe - Stay Home.

This Week's Speaker:

Suzanne has her Bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Southern California and her graduate degree in biochemistry from UCLA.  She will ask the question, "What you would like your health to be 10, 20, 30 years from now?"  Learn simple changes you can make to avoid the diseases common to many Americans.  Think of people you know who would like to improve their health trajectory.

See you there.

More importantly, Bring plenty of Business Cards and be ready to network!

If you missed last Wednesday's meeting ...

Wanting more income and more time freedom, Michele discovered Isagenix 11 years ago.

You've been hearing about Isagenix for about that long if you are a CHLG veteran. You've heard that toxins, stress and nutritional deficiency are creating the accelerated aging crisis we are in. But what the heck is Isagenix? What are the products and what do they do and how do people know what is right for them? Michele will get down to the nitty-gritty of the Isagenix solutions to transform lives.

Michele Castle has been a member of the CHLG for 11 years. She studied Philosophy at Boston University and got her Masters in Theological Studies at Duke. From high school teacher to youth minister and 7 years as Director of Young Adult Ministry for the Diocese of Raleigh, where she recruited and trained church volunteers, taught in the Deaconate program and facilitated study days for clergy and staff, she had a 14 year fulfilling career in ministry. She also co authored Best Practices in Young Adult Ministry with the US Conference of Catholic Bishops, an ebook called "7 Secrets about The Secret: Reflections on the Law of Attraction for People of Faith", and is awaiting the publication of her newest book "Through the Eye of the Camel."

... You were indeed missed.

From: Lee Schearer,
To: My Fellow Chapel Hill Leads Group Members

Defined as "a feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for someone struck by misfortune, accompanied by a desire to alleviate the suffering; mercy"

If you have been attending the Chapel Hill Leads Group for any period of time you will no doubt hear me express the fact that compassion is one of the great attributes that distinguishes our business referral group from some others. That is why our group, since it's origin back in 1998, believes so strongly in helping-out our members whenever they have charitable events and why we challenge ourselves to provide the "100 boxes of cereal per month campaign" in order to assist The "food bank" in providing breakfast to those children who may not have any breakfast available at home.

Today, with the events unfolding regarding the mass murder of our fellow citizens in Los Vegas, we are once again reminded of the very real evil that exists in our world. Yesterday, the lives of ordinary people, some being small business owners like ourselves, have changed forever. I heard someone calling these types of violent mass murder, our new-normal. Time alone will tell. I pray not!

Instead, I challenge myself and you to demonstrate compassion toward others, especially our fellow Leads Group members. To rise to the occasion, to make a vow to support our members whenever and wherever possible. To demonstrate our compassion to those less fortunate than ourselves. The compassion within the Chapel Hill Leads Group real!.

If you are looking for a business referral group that not only strives to support its members, but also shows compassion to those less fortunate within our society, you will find it at the Chapel Hill Leads Group. I invite you to meet me this Wednesday morning and to witness why we are the longest lasting business referral group in the region 19 years and going strong.

Attention CHLG Members - The Chapel Hill Leads Group's goal is to raise 100+ boxes of cereal a month. If everyone brought one box of cereal to two meetings this month, the Chapel Hill Leads Group would easily exceed the 100 boxes of cereal goal.
