This Week's Meeting:

Bruce Vance - Town & Country Cleaning Services

Your new stone counter top has spots that won't clean off. Your granite always feels gritty no matter how hard you clean. Why do hardwood floor manufactures consider the maid  enemy number one.  Can some of the popular green cleaners start to dissolve  some of the new green vinyl planks. We will be answering these and other questions about  today's new surfaces, and how to safely care for them in this abbreviated version of a presentation for the ISSA International convention. Bring your questions.

See you there.

More importantly, Bring plenty of Business Cards and be ready to network!

If you missed last Wednesday's meeting ...

Did You Know:

Investment

I was reading a passage from the pamphlet entitled The Treasury of Quotes by Jim

A book that was given to me by a Leads member, Dick O'Donnell. While reading through it, I came across several passages relating to the subject of investments, which led me to thoughts on how it applied to the Chapel Hill Leads Group.

The word investment, as defined in Random House Webster's College Dictionary, is "a devoting, using, or giving of time, talent, emotional energy, etc., as to achieve something". As a business owner you make decisions on how and where to invest, whether it is through traditional ways, i.e. print advertising, Chamber of Commerce events etc. or through today's social media etc.

While I may agree that these types of investments may be effective, I still believe that person to person, face to face, the true social media, is the most effective form that will bring about business success. That has been a proven formula for the success of the Chapel Hill Leads Group now in its 20th year. People want to do business with those who they know, they like and they trust. These are the people who regularly attend the Chapel Hill Leads Group. See www.chapelhillleads.com

If you are a new business owner or one that used to attend the Chapel Hill Leads Group, I invite you to join me this Wednesday morning and get to know successful business owners and see why their "investment" of regular attendance has proven dividends i.e. success.

 Respectfully,

Lee Schearer

Attention CHLG Members - The Chapel Hill Leads Group's goal is to raise 100+ boxes of cereal a month. If everyone brought one box of cereal to two meetings this month, the Chapel Hill Leads Group would easily exceed the 100 boxes of cereal goal.
